• Deposits are credited to your pk98game account in real time for Easypaisa and JazzCash (typically under 60 seconds). IBFT transfers may take between 15 minutes and one hour depending on your bank's processing speed.

Withdrawals from your pk98game account are subject to the following conditions:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit pk98game's systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage. If you encounter an error, you are required to report it to support and must not exploit it.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion with other players, or coordination of betting activity to guarantee outcomes.
• Depositing or wagering funds that originate from criminal activity of any kind.
• Chargebacks – initiating a payment reversal with your bank or payment provider on a completed and legitimate transaction. Chargebacks will result in immediate account closure and referral to debt recovery.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk98game staff or other players through any communication channel.

Voluntary closure: You may close your pk98game account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat or email. Before closure, all active wagering requirements must be addressed and any pending withdrawal requests resolved.
